server not working?

ok im kinda new so yea umm how do i get on the server do i have to download or can i run webclient cuz i tryed downloading and that didnt work either im a little confused

try redownloading your catch, or the downloadable client. if tht doesnt work, check ur java allows the program or try downloading java jdk:) might help
